Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites (8 egg whites)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Truvia/stevia
1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat egg whites until they peak; add remaining ingredients; mix
Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Place spaced out spoonfuls on baking sheet
Bake for approximately 12 minutes, until just lightly golden on top of puffs
