Recipe: Moroccan Chicken


Moroccan Chicken


4 Chicken Breasts (thinly sliced)

1/2 Onion (peeled and sliced)

1/2  tbsp Cumin

1 tsp Chili Powder

1/4 tsp minced Garlic

1/8  tsp ground Cinnamon

1 tbsp Olive Oil


In large skillet heat olive oil

Add onion and sauté until onion is dark brown and soft or well cooked (approx 5 min)

Add chicken and minced garlic sauté for 2 minutes more

Add cumin, chili powder and cinnamon and sauté until chicken is thoroughly cooked

Enjoy your allotted portion!!

***Note*** this can be added on top of brown rice if your nutritional plan allows for it.
