Chocolate Protein Granola

 

Ingredients:

2 cups oats
1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
Vanilla extract
1 tsp. olive oil
Cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp. stevia
1/4 cup water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in order listed a medium size bowl.

Place on sprayed cookie sheet, 350 degrees for 20 min; let cool

This can be used as a substitute for plain oatmeal.

Enjoy your allotted portions!!
Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup servings)
