Ingredients:
1 bunch washed Kale
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Onion & Herb Mrs. Dash
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or olive oil cooking spray
Remove kale leaves from stems and tear into bite size pieces
Drizzle with oil & sprinkle with seasoning; place on baking sheet
Bake 10-15 minutes, stir and flip halfway through; bake until edges are just barely brown and crispy but not burnt.
