Recipe: Healthy No Mayo Tuna Mix



1 can of Chunk Light Tuna (water packed)

2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb or any other spice or herbs


Drain tuna of excess water and put tuna in a small bowl

Add EVOO; mix

Add  Mrs. Dash to taste

**Can double or triple recipe.  Storing extra in fridge can cause tuna mixture to dry out a little.
