Cucumber Chicken Salad Wrap
Ingredients:
4oz. cooked Chicken Breast (chopped into small pieces)
3-4 thick cut Cucumber Slices (with or without skin), then chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
3 tbsp. plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt
½ tsp. dried or fresh chopped Dill
Small amount of chopped Red Onion (optional, to your taste)
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Lettuce (optional for wraps)
Directions:
Mix ingredients in small bowl place on top of lettuce leaf and wrap, or eat straight out of the bowl.
*Can double or triple recipe and keep sealed in fridge
