Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla protein
¼ cup plain oatmeal (dry)
1 packet Truvia or stevia
1 tsp Butterscotch sugar-free Jell-o instant pudding powder
1/3 cup water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl or blender ball cup
Heat griddle on low/med heat after spraying with non-stick olive oil spray
Pour batter into 2 pancakes; cook until firm on edges, then flip until golden brown on both sides
Can drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup or sprinkle with cinnamon if not sweet enough for your liking.
