Recipe: Xtend (BCAA) Jell-O cups



3 scoops of your favorite Xtend flavor (or any other flavored BCAA)

1 packet of plain unflavored gelatin

2 cups water


Mix Xtend in water until totally dissolved in blender ball cup (or method of your choice)

Pour 1 ½ cups of mixture into small saucepan and bring to a boil; the remaining ½ cup into a small bowl.

Pour gelatin packet over cold mixture; then add hot mixture to bowl and stir it all together for approx 3-5 minutes so everything is dissolved

Cover and refrigerate until set (just like regular Jell-O)

Consume anytime of the day!!

**BCAA’s (branch chain amino acids) are fantastic for decreased recovery time for muscle repair,  leading to lean muscle mass building and helps fight muscle fatigue from over-exertion.
