Ingredients:
5- 6 oz. can of Tuna
2 cups frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Mustard
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb (or any other spices of your choice)
Pepper to taste
Non-stick Olive oil cooking spray
Directions:
Mix tuna, spices, mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl
Spray non-stick spray on pan or wok; heat
Put tuna mixture in pan or wok
Add frozen stir fry vegetables
Cook until vegetables are just done and no longer frozen
**Can be served on top of brown rice
