Recipe: Tomato & Cucumber Salad



4-5 Vine Ripened Tomatoes (cut into 1inch wedges)

1 Hot House Cucumber (skinned & sliced)

½ Purple Onion (thinly sliced rings)

1 tsp minced Garlic

1 cup fresh Basil leaves

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Garlic and Herb Mrs. Dash

Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste


Place all vegetables in a medium bowl

Add garlic and basil

In a separate container mix olive oil, vinegar, Mrs. Dash and pepper; pour over vegetables and toss

Enjoy your allotted portion!!
