1 scoops chocolate casein protein powder (if using vanilla, add 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa) Can use vanilla only to make vanilla ice cream
1 tsp/packet of Truvia/stevia
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 gallon size zip-lock bag
1 sandwich size zip-lock bag
3 cups Ice
½ cup table salt
Place ice inside gallon size zip-lock; add ½ cup of salt into ice
Place all the ingredients into small bowl or blender ball cup and mix; pour mixture into small zip-lock bag, let most of the air out and seal bag
Place small bag into large bag of ice and bury it; seal large bag
Shake large bag for 5-15 minutes until ice cream consistency
Remove small bag and rinse with cold water to remove salt from outside of bag and place contents of small bag into bowl.
