Obliques play a huge part in the ab structure and the aesthetic look of the abs. These are highly neglected as people asume abdominal region is just made up of one muscle type.

#2. Oblique Cable Crunches
#3. Bicycles
Combine a mixsture of 3 of these 1 from each muscle group each time you train abs and watch them grow, define, and get viewed!
