Ingredients:
1 can water packed tuna (5oz.) drained
2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chopped celery
½ tsp minced/chopped onion
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp dill
Ground black pepper to taste
1 piece Ezekiel Bread
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix tuna, yogurt, celery, onion, lemon juice, dill and pepper
Slice Ezekiel bread into 4 squares and toast in toaster oven (or toast bread, then slice)
Load each toasted square with tuna salad
(Can load tuna salad on thick sliced cucumber rounds, bell peppers, celery stalks or on top of salad or spinach)
