Recipe: Low Carb BBQ Sauce



1 can of Tomato Paste (6 oz.)

2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ cup Truvia or Stevia

2 tsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Coarse Ground Mustard

2 tsp Onion and Herb Mrs. Dash (any any herbs or spices you would like)

Hot Sauce to taste (If you like it spicy)


Empty can of tomato paste into saucepan; heat on medium heat

Mix in all other ingredients; stir

Place lid on saucepan and let cook for about 5-7 minutes.

This can be used immediately to coat meat before cooking or BBQ, and can be kept in fridge for several days.  This can be a great dipping BBQ sauce for any meat.
