XLRGMPO is designed for clients who already have a mass style workout plan underway but lack cutting edge mass building nutrition. This meal plan can be run with most any mass workout regimen or run standalone as part of a weight gain diet. (An XLRG workout can be added to XLRGMPO at any time for a reduced fee).
The XLRG program is designed to produce maximum mass gains. Do not expect any body fat loss or cuts to appear on this program. You will be consuming a surplus of calories at regular intervals throughout the day. You will be eating a good mix of carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats.
There will be NO GUESSWORK as you will be told what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat in order to illicit amazing MASS gains. The meals are simple to prepare and can be consumed very quickly.
