(XFAT (Lite) / XFAT Client) – XFATLTE is formatted for the perfect lifestyle change.  XFATLTE took me from a starting weight of 223 lbs and a body fat percentage of 27%, to a weight of 200 lbs. and a body fat percentage of 22% in eight weeks.   After completing the XFATLTE program, I started on the XFAT program.  On the XFAT program I have dropped my weight from 200 lbs to 188 lbs, and my body fat percentage has dropped from 22% to 17.7%, and I still have a few weeks to go before completing the XFAT plan.  So far I have lost a total of 35 lbs while gaining lean muscle mass and have dropped my body fat percentage nearly 10%.  My waist size has decreased from 43.5” to 35” a loss of 8.5”!!!

There are no extreme diets or workouts that tend to de-motivate people after a month or two.
