Recipe: Chocolate Protein Muffins (Cupcakes)

 

Chocolate Protein muffins (cupcakes)

The entire recipe (which equals about 6 medium size muffins) has:
360 calories (approx. depends on what type of protein you are using)
60g protein
16g carbs

Ingredients:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (can also make with other any other flavored protein, if you don’t like chocolate…But also skip the cocoa too)
2 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. stevia or Truvia
4 tbsp. organic Greek yogurt
4 egg whites

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl
Pour into muffin tins

350 degrees 
Bake 15-20 minutes for larger muffins
Bake 10-15 minutes for small muffins

Frosting:
2 scoops Vanilla, Chocolate Casein protein in a small bowl (can use any flavor depending on what you like)
Add 2 tbsp of water then add 1 tbsp at a time to get the same consistency as frosting should be…mix (start with less water and add just a little more as you go)
Can add Stevia (or any other sweetener) to make sweeter; add to taste
(Use vanilla protein if you want to add any other extract flavorings if you want a different flavor)
